The Building Website Demo site is the basic starting point of a YourCondo building website. The menu is displayed and visible so you can visit the pages. On an actual site the menu bar and site pages would only be visible if you are logged in to the site. Only a few example condo document links have been added as examples. The condo board members and images are examples. There are a few an example posts, Condo Board meetings, events, events and businesses listed.

The Staff Dashboard is part of the Envoy Delivery Integration system. It shows the complete list of residents that would be seen by Staff members. Live phone calls with residents can be auto dialed easily. Email and Text messages can also be easily sent to residents without leaving the main screen. Buttons to open the Envoy Visitors and Deliveries Lists are also available.

Te Envoy System does most of the heavy lifting. Mobile Apps gather delivery information and match the deliveries to the current residents and notifies them. An iPad Kiosk App interfaces with visitors and gathers names, photos and signatures etc.
