The YourCondo Building Website is built upon a solid Drupal foundation. Drupal is currently on its 8th version since its inception in 2001. Over 1 million websites run on Drupal. Many large sites run on Drupal: ny.gov, nysenate.go, london.gov.uk, australia.gov.a, ncaa.com, tesla.com, box.com, verizon.com, pinterest.com, developer.twitter.com, ebayinc.com, nokia.com, principal.com, harvard.edu, stanford.edu and nasa.gov.
The YourCondo Building website is made up of these ten types of pages: Condo document, Board Meeting, Blog, Suggestion, Business, Condo Links, Director, Event, FAQs, Form, Post and Basic.
You can add any of these pages as needed.
The Documents menu contains links to the different Document Pages.
In the state of Florida in order to be fully compliant with Section g of Florida Stature 718.111 condominiums must make these documents available on their website for downloading by condominium owners who are registered and logged into the website.
Example Condo Document
Each Document page will have a description of the document and contain links to download the document and it’s previous revisions. Links to external documents on services like Google Drive or Lockbox are also available.

The Community menu contains important links to website pages for website members. Board of Directors list, Meeting dates, Posts. Pet Directory, Business Directory, and Utility companies.
There is also a links to Google Maps which shows the Condominium on a google map for reference, Local Weather Map and Local Restaurant Reservations.
Suggestion
This is the page for a Suggestion It has some text and can also contain Links, Attached Files and Images. Suggestions appear on the Suggestions Page. You can vote on a Suggestion.
Suggestions can also have comments and sub comments to further discuss the Suggestion.
You can also vote on comments and sub comments.
Front Page
This block shows the information about the next upcoming Board Meeting. Users can click on the link to see the full details and attachments.
This block shows the information about the next upcoming Event. Users can click on the link to see the full details of the event and attachments.
The rest of the home page is made up of the Teaser or short version of Postings. Users can click on the link to the Posting to see the full details of the Posting and view its Links or Attachments.
Postings can be set to be Public or Private. Private postings will appear on the Postings page and Home Page if a person is logged in to the site. Public postings will appear on the site whether you are logged in or not.

Digital Signage
Your Condo includes a Digital Signage system to communicate with residents.
The Signs are displayed on a TV Display in your lobby or wherever you need it.
A TV Set and Raspberry Pi (around $50) required for each sign.
Raspberry Pi display software included.
Slides are displayed in a rotation as seen in the box on the on the right.
Sign pages can easily be created when needed and simply deleted when they are no longer needed.
Basic Communications
Sends Ballots, Other Forms, and Messages to all residents.
Generates unique voting codes for each condo unit and emails an invitation to vote to each owner.
Each voting code can only be used once in the election. The system tracks who has not voted and can mail out invitations to owners who have still not voted.
It's easy to create new ballots with the built-in form creation tools.
Ballot Questions can be presented as a list of checkboxes that allow multiple options like directors. Text boxes can be used for write-in items. Popup menus or radio buttons can be used where only one choice should be made.
Owners click on the Vote button in the Invitation email to vote.
Any existing or new form can be emailed to all owners to be filled out.
Any message can be emailed to all owners.
A SendGrid Account is required to send emails.
Reports
Reports make it easy to prove that your condo complies with local regulations. Provides a page for each type of condo document required in section 2. of Florida Statutes 718.111
