The YourCondo system is an integration of the best of breed third party services like Envoy Visitors, Envoy Deliveries, Twilio, and Sendgrid along with our Residents Directory and Messaging Control Panels.
After a user uses the Envoy Visitors Kiosk to register, YourCondo robotic assistant takes over and and finds out the Visitors' status from the host. Freeing the concierge or front desk staff from notifying the host and getting access permissions manually.
Self Service
When visitors arrive at your lobby they swipe the screen on your visitors kiosk, enter some details and they are ready to go.
They will enter their name and the name of the person they are visiting. Their photograph will be taken. Visitors might sign a form and agree to terms and conditions.
The system contacts their host and notifies them that they have a visitor in the lobby. The system asks the host if the visitor should be admitted, asked to wait or asked to leave.
Visitor notifications can be delivered in the hosts preferred language.
Mobile Phone
If the visitors' host has a mobile phone they receive an SMS Text message with a link a Visitor Admission page.
The visitors' image is displayed as well as buttons asking the host if the visitor should be admitted, asked to wait or asked to leave.
They click one of the buttons to choose how to handle the visitor.
Land Line
If the visitors host does not have a mobile phone they receive a voice call from an automated agent asking them how the visitor should be handled.
The host dials 1, 2 or 3 to choose how to handle the visitor.

Concierge Notification
If the system can contact the visitors' host the concierge will be sent an SMS text message notifying them that the visitor should be admitted, asked to wait for their host, or asked to leave.
Visitors Log
A log of all visitors is maintained. Including their name and their hosts name and the time of their visit.
When a visitor checks out the Concierge clicks the Sign Out Link in the visitor log to record the event in the system.

Greeting Your Guests
You control your visitors' experience and know who is in your building at all times. Customize your logo, purpose or type of the visit, sign In info collected, any legal documents like rules and regulations you would like the visitor to sign, etc.
The Envoy Visitor Admin Dashboard can display Visitor data and is used to attach new devices like iPads and iPhones to the system.
