The YourCondo system is an integration of the best of breed third party services like Envoy Visitors, Envoy Deliveries, Twilio, and Sendgrid along with our Residents Directory and Messaging Control Panels.
The concierge or other person handling package deliveries would use the Envoy Deliveries system to scan the address labels of incoming packages and deliveries. The system looks up the recipients name in the Resident Directory and notifies the recipient daily by email until the package has been picked up.
